"My passion and attitude for fly fishing in the Dolomites area, comes down to a lifetime spent wandering the hills and river valleys, lakes and small creeks with a fly fishing rod"
Angelo has been fishing all his life. He is a passionate fly fisher, film producer, fly fishing journalist, guide and EFFA fly casting instructor. He runs Villa Marinotti, a fly fishing lodge in Tai di Cadore near Cortina d' Ampezzo in northern Italy. The lodge is the meeting point for all fly fishers that head for the Dolomites waters. Inside the lodge you can find one of the biggest fly fishing shops in Italy: Angelo ships equipment and flies to his fly fishing clients from all over Europe.
He is one of Italy's most experienced professional guides that have clients from all over the world over returning year and year for guidance for fly fishing in the Dolomites area.
His holidays are fully dedicated to fly fishing. He loves to make experience in other countries: Canada, Iceland, United States (Alaska, Cape Cod/Martha’s Vinegard, Montana, Florida Keys), Germany, New Zealand (11 times), Croatia, Bosnia, Cuba, Spain, Venezuela, and of course Austria and Slovenia. Angelo speaks English, German and a little bit of French.
